The Grand Coven

1 T. Hennessy, add to glass and swirl around then add,
½ oz lavender simple syrup
½ oz lemon juice
ADD Champagne

The Purple People Eater

2 oz vodka
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz lavender simple syrup
Chilled Still Water

serve over ice and add a fresh sprig of lavender for garnish
